Power-packed breakfast!
Ingredients
2 oz. pink salmon, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water
3 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dill weed, dried
3/4 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. Serve on Whole Wheat bagels or Melba Toast for a great power packed breakfast.
