Beef and Salsa Skillet

1 lb ground beef
16 oz salsa thick and chunky
1 can 8 3/4 oz whole corn undrained
1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup bisquick
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup colby-jack cheese shredded

Cook beef in skillet and drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, tomato sauce, and 1 tsp of the chili powder.
Heat to boiling and reduce heat to low.
Stir bisquick and the water until soft dough forms.
Drop by 6 tspfull over the mixture.
Cook uncovered 10 minutes.
Cover and cook 8 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover and cook 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
